Roland Wolf

Roland Wolf (* 1978 in Trier ) is a German actor and voice actor .

Life

From 2000 to 2004 Roland Wolf completed his training as an actor at the University of Music and Art in Graz , from which he graduated. His first engagements took him to the Schauspielhaus Graz , the Theater der Jugend in Vienna as well as the Landesbühne Wilhelmshaven and the Stadttheater Bremerhaven . Since 2007 he has been a permanent member of the ensemble at the GRIPS Theater Berlin. There he played u. a. in the musical line 1, in addition to the role of the boy in hat and coat, also one of the Wilmersdorf widows . His roles have taken Wolf to various festivals, competitions and guest performances as far as India, Brazil and Venezuela. The play Über Jungs by David Gieselmann , directed by Mina Salehpour with Roland Wolf, won the 2013 German theater award “Der Faust” for the best production in the field of children's and youth theater. In 2014, the two-person play The Princess and the Pjär with Roland Wolf won the Mülheimer KinderStückePreis .

In 2012, Sönke Wortmann directed the comedy Frau Müller muss weg written by Lutz Hübner at the GRIPS Theater and cast Roland Wolf in the role of Patrick Jeskow. Since then he has been frequently employed in film and television.

Roland Wolf lives in Berlin.
