Rothaarweg

The Rothaarweg is a main hiking trail of the Sauerland Mountain Association and, like all the other main hiking trails, has the white St. Andrew's Cross X as a sign , extended by the number 2 at intersections.

With a total length of 126 km, it leads from Brilon over the Bruchhauser Steine , Niedersfeld , Kahler Asten , Oberkirchen , Bad Berleburg and Bad Laasphe to Siegen . From Niedersfeld to Siegen it forms part of the European long-distance hiking trail E1 .

The trail is named after the Rothaargebirge , through which the trail mostly runs.
