Main hiking trails of the Sauerland Mountain Association
The Sauerland Mountain Association (SGV) looks after the following main hiking routes . In addition to the national main trails of the overall association based in Arnsberg , which above all through the Sauerland and the Bergische Land lead single SGV districts own regional main hiking trails have shown that in general district trails are called.

Furthermore, the 141.3 km long Klompenweg is maintained, which is not continuously marked with a stylized Klompen (wooden shoe), but is a series of already existing X hiking trails. It runs from Arnhem to the Aaker ferry bridge in Duisburg.
