The Lenne-Sieg-Weg is a main hiking trail in the association area of ​​the Sauerland Mountain Club and, like all the other main hiking trails, has the white St. Andrew's cross X as a sign , extended by the number 11 at intersections.

From Plettenberg train station the route leads through the town center to Nordhelle , from there on to Meinerzhagen , over the Unnenberg and Gummersbach , Wiehl , Nümbrecht , Waldbröl and Morsbach to Siegen . It connects the Lennetal with the Siegerland and leads on its 115 km long route through the promising Bergisches Land. From Freusburg Castle to Siegen, it forms part of the European long-distance hiking trail E1 .
