Rykowe ( Ukrainian Рикове ; Russian Риково Rikowo ) is an urban-type settlement in the Ukrainian Oblast of Kherson with about 3500 inhabitants (2014).

The place is located in Henitschesk Raion 26 km north of the center of Henitschesk and about 205 km east of the Oblast capital Kherson on the territorial road T-22-09 and the railway line Sevastopol-Kharkiv . It was founded in 1874 and was called Partysany (Ukrainian Партизани; Russian Партизаны / Partisany) between 1930 and May 12, 2016 . Rykowe received urban-type settlement status in 1960 and is the administrative center of the settlement council of the same name, which also includes the villages of Hajowe ( Гайове ), Dohmarivka ( Догмарівка ) and Moskalenka ( Москаленка ).
