Sachsenweg (TWV)
The Sachsenweg is a 41-kilometer long- distance hiking trail that connects Ravensberg Castle near Borgholzhausen in the Gütersloh district and Limberg Castle near Preußisch Oldendorf in the Minden-Lübbecke district , both in north-eastern North Rhine-Westphalia in Germany .

Starting at Ravensberg Castle ( ), the Sachsenweg runs over Borgholzhausen, the slope of the Hengeberg , " Haus Brinke ", Königsbrück Castle (zu Melle ), Schiplage-St. Annen , Riemsloh , Else , Bruchmühlen , Wehringdorf , Haus Kilver , Rödinghausen and the Nonnenstein to the destination at Limberg Castle ( ).
The hiker is led from the Teutoburg Forest into the Wiehen Mountains. On the way he has to cope with around ± 610 meters in altitude. The hiker reaches the lowest point of the Sachsenweg at the bridge over the Else ( 68 m above sea level ), the highest point is about 270 m above sea level. NHN on the Nonnenstein .

- In Borgholzhausen there is the possibility to cross over to the " Schau-ins-Land-Weg " ( X25 , Bevergern → Bielefeld , 97 kilometers) and the " Hermannsweg " ( H , Rheine → Leopoldstal , 156 kilometers)
- The " Talweg " ( X8 , Werther (Westf.) → Bad Oeynhausen , 50 kilometers) crosses in Melle- Neuenkirchen
- In Rödinghausen the " Wittekindsweg " crosses ( , Porta Westfalica → Osnabrück , 95 kilometers)
