The Karl-Bachler-Weg is a 77-kilometer long- distance hiking trail that connects the East Westphalian town of Bad Salzuflen in the Lippe district and the Lower Saxony town of Rehburg-Loccum in the Nienburg / Weser district.

The former North Lippe Mountain Path is named in honor of the meritorious Lippe hiking father Karl Bachler , who died in Bad Salzuflen in 1976 at the age of 90.
