Nippo Delko Provence is a French cycling team .

The Vélo-Club La Pomme Marseille was founded in 1974 in the La Pomme district of Marseille . He is one of the most successful French cycling clubs and developed numerous talents who were later successful in professional cycling. The Continental team developed from him in 2011, initially due to a lack of recognition by the French association with a Latvian license, and since 2012 it has had a corresponding French license.

The team has been licensed as a Professional Continental Team since the 2016 season .

The team joined the Mouvement Pour un Cyclisme Crédible (German movement for credible cycling) in November 2012 .
