Thorsten Joachim Nindel (born December 16, 1964 in Höxter ) is a German actor .

Life

Growing up in Hanover, Thorsten Nindel learned his trade at the University of Music and Theater . During his training, he took part in a casting for Lindenstrasse and was hired for the role of "Franz Joseph 'Zorro' Pichelsteiner". After ten years he left, and Nindel, who had meanwhile completed his training, went to the theater. He also played a leading role in the German comedy series Das Amt and roles in various German television series.

From May 2007 Thorsten Nindel was shooting again for Lindenstrasse , where he was seen again as “Franz Joseph 'Zorro' Pichelsteiner” from episode 1136 (first broadcast: September 9, 2007). In the meantime he got off there. In summer 2007 he took on the role of " Old Shatterhand " for 72 performances at the Karl May Games in Bad Segeberg . There he was seen alongside the new Winnetou actor Erol Sander . Since January 2009 he has been in Ludwigsburg for the ARD telenovela One for all - women can do it better than "Bernd Lemcke" in front of the camera. From the end of March 2011 to the beginning of February 2012 he was seen in the telenovela Rote Rosen, also in the leading male role of the 7th season of "Phillipp Stein". The female lead at his side was Saskia Valencia . Both were in a private relationship from December 2011 to 2016. For the Roman spectacle Bread and Games in Trier , he took on the leading role of "Avidius Cassius" in Hercules and the Power of Evil .

In July 2014 Thorsten Nindel made his lung cancer public.
