Unai López Cabrera (born October 30, 1995 in Errenteria ) is a Spanish football player .

Career

López started his career at Real Sociedad . In 2011 he moved to the Athletic Bilbao Academy . In November 2012 he played for the first time for the CD Baskonia farm team in the Tercera División . In August 2013 he made his debut for Athletic Bilbao B in the Segunda División B .

He made his debut for Athletic Bilbao on August 27, 2014 when he came on as a substitute in the final leg of the second leg of the Champions League qualifying playoff against SSC Napoli . Three days later he also made his debut in the Primera División against UD Levante . In the 2014/15 season he came to 19 games in the top Spanish division.

In the 2015/16 season he was only used for the second team, which is now playing in the Segunda División . In 40 games he was able to score two goals. At the end of the season, however, he had to relegate to the Segunda División B with Bilbao B as bottom of the table.

For the 2016/17 season he was awarded to the first division CD Leganés . In August 2017 he was awarded to the second division club Rayo Vallecano .
