Voigtsdahlum is one of three parish-free areas in the Wolfenbüttel district , Lower Saxony .

It has a total area of ​​5.77 km², which is divided into three roughly equal areas by two narrow strips of the municipality of Dahlum .

In addition, there are borders with the community of Schöppenstedt and the community-free area Barnstorf-Warle (in the west) in the same district as well as the community-free area Brunsleberfeld and the community Räbke (in the north) and the community-free area Schöningen (in the east) in the district of Helmstedt .

The community-free area is uninhabited. For statistical reasons, however, it has the official municipality key 03 1 58 503.
