WHA Amateur Draft 1977
The 1977 WHA Amateur Draft was the fifth and final annual talent draw of the World Hockey Association's professional ice hockey league and took place in the early summer of 1977. As part of the draft, a total of 90 players from the league's eight franchises were selected in ten rounds .
With the first right to vote, the Houston Eros pulled defenseman Scott Campbell of the London Knights from the Ontario Major Junior Hockey League .
