The Linz am Rhein / Rengsdorf constituency (constituency 3) is a state electoral district in Rhineland-Palatinate . It includes the municipalities of Asbach , Bad Hönningen , Linz am Rhein , Rengsdorf-Waldbreitbach and Unkel , all of which are located in the Neuwied district.
