The École nationale supérieure d'informatique et de mathématiques appliquées (Ensimag) is a French grande école for computer science and applied mathematics in Grenoble . It is part of the Institut polytechnique de Grenoble . It was founded in 1960 by the mathematician and PhD supervisor of Joseph Sifakis , Jean Kuntzmann . ENSIMAG is also a partner university of the École polytechnique : Students of the École polytechnique can spend their fourth year of study at ENSIMAG.
