The École Centrale de Lyon (ECL, Centrale Lyon) is a French engineering school ( grande école ).

She is a member of the Écoles Centrales and trains generalist engineers at a high level within three years . It was founded in 1895 as École Centrale Lyonnaise pour l'Industrie et le Commerce. It has been a state university since 1992. The campus has been located in Écully near Lyon since 1967 . The university has been called École Centrale de Lyon since 1970.
