The Center universitaire de formation et de recherche Jean-François-Champollion d'Albi (University Center for Education and Research “Jean-François Champollion” in Albi) is a university-like institution of the French education system. The center was founded in 2002 by an inter-ministerial decision and has been the only institution of its kind in France since the University of Nîmes was upgraded to a full university.
