The 1st Amateur League North Württemberg 1960/61 was the eleventh season of the 1st Amateur League and the first season in which the two seasons of North Württemberg and Black Forest-Bodensee were played in Württemberg . FV Kornwestheim won the championship ahead of VfL Sindelfingen with the same number of points . Wuerttemberg champion was the SC Schwenningen from the Black Forest Lake Constance League.

The VfB Reichenbach , the amateurs of TSG Ulm 1846 , the 1. FC Eislingen and SpVgg Neckarsulm dismounted in the second amateur league.
