The 1st Amateur League South Baden 1959/60  was the 10th season of the 1st Amateur League in South Baden - the forerunner of today's  Association League South Baden . The South Baden amateur champion was the  Offenburger FV , which could not prevail against the other amateur champions in Baden-Württemberg in the promotion round to the II. Division and only reached 2nd place among the four participating teams in this group. The FC Radolfzell and SC Baden-Baden had to descend to the 2nd Amateur League. The promoters for the following season were FC Kandern , SV Waldkirch and SV Oberkirch .

The FC Konstanz , the FC Radolfzell and FC Villingen changed in the following season in the first amateur league Schwarzwald-Bodensee .
