Agersø Sogn is a parish ( Danish Sogn ) on the island of Agersø in the Great Belt off the coast of Sjælland in southern Denmark . 186 inhabitants live in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). The parish church is Agersø Kirke.

Until 1970 it belonged to Harde Vester Flakkebjerg Herred in what was then Sorø Amt , then to Skælskør Kommune in Vestsjællands Amt , which was merged into Slagelse Municipality in the Sjælland region as part of the municipal reform on January 1, 2007 .
