Albstedt coat of arms
Blazon : "In shields divided by gold and blue obliquely to the left , in front a black , red - armored bear paw pointing upwards obliquely to the left, behind a silver , heraldic, vertical lily ."
Justification of the coat of arms: The bear paw is borrowed from the coat of arms of the Counts of Hoya , who had considerable property in Albstedt in the 14th century. The lily is a reminder of the ownership of the Lilienthal monastery in Albstedt in the 15th century.
