Anne Weinknecht

Anne Weinknecht (* 17th November 1977 in Heidelberg ) is a German actress .

Life

Anne Weinknecht received an acting training from 1997 to 2001 at the Otto Falckenberg School in Munich . Meanwhile , she played her first roles at the Münchner Kammerspiele and was seen there in 1999 as Lieschen in Goethe's Urfaust . Engagements followed, among others, at the Akademietheater in Munich, the Pfalztheater in Kaiserslautern , the Schauspiel in Essen , the Prinzregenttheater in Bochum , the Stadttheater Bern and the Theater Basel . In the meantime she was a member of the ensemble at Theater Lübeck from 2004 to 2006 . She appeared at the Prinzregenttheater in Bochum in Friedrich Schiller's Don Carlos as Queen and at the Stadttheater in Bern in the leading role of Marie in Georg Büchner's Woyzeck . In the 2012/2013 season Anne Weinknecht was engaged at the Biel Solothurn Theater, where she again embodied the Princess of Eboli in Friedrich Schiller's Don Carlos .

Anne Weinknecht has worked in various film and television productions . These included the award-winning short film The Suspicion by Felix Hassenfratz and the comedy Mann does what Mann kann by Marc Rothemund with Wotan Wilke Möhring , Jasmin Gerat and Jan Josef Liefers . In the television series Um Himmels Willen she took on the role of Sophie Tietze in 42 episodes from 2002 to 2005 and in 2013 she portrayed Birgit Schönborn in the television film Die Schöne Mona ist tot from the television series Tatort .

Anne Weinknecht also occasionally worked as a radio play speaker.

In 2016 she was a member of the jury of the German Actor Award for the first time .
