Anthony Strong

Anthony Starke (born June 6, 1963 in Syracuse , New York ) is an American actor . He is best known for the episode "The Jimmy" of the television series Seinfeld , as well as for the sitcom The George Carlin Show .

Career

Anthony Starke attended Marquette University where he won a film role as tetraplegic teenager, Dean Conroy, on CBS Movie of the Week, First Steps . Stark's first major film appearance was in Nothing in Common - They Have Nothing in Common , in which he played Cameron alongside Jackie Gleason and Tom Hanks . While he was visiting the Marquette, he played in numerous plays. After graduating with a bachelor's degree in theater studies , he started acting full-time.

In 1989 Anthony Starke played Truman Lodge in James Bond 007 - License to Kill , in 1988 Chad Finletter in The Return of the Killer Tomatoes and in 2007 a US ambassador in the episode Murder in a Taxi of Navy CIS . He played a leading role as the gambler Ezra Standis in the television series The Magnificent Seven between 1998 and 2000 . In 2002 he also had a role as a demon in an episode of Charmed .

From 2009 until the series end of 2012. Strong had a recurring role in the ABC Family - Youth series Make It or Break It as Steve Tanner , the rich father of Lauren Tanner ( Cassie Scerbo ).

Life

Anthony Starke is married to Lolly Starke. They have a son, Garrett Starke.
