Axel Horstmann (born July 22, 1954 in Enger ) is a German economist and politician ( SPD ), and was Minister of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia from 1995 to 1998 and from 2002 to 2005 in various departments .

education

After completing high school at Widukind-Gymnasium Enger , Axel Horstmann studied economics and business administration at Bielefeld University .
