The B Grupa 1959/60 was the eleventh season of the second highest Bulgarian football league. It began on August 9, 1959 and ended on July 3, 1960.

mode

The league was run on a single track for the first time since 1952. The 16 teams played against each other twice on a total of 30 match days, divided into a first and a second round. The first three teams were promoted to the A Grupa , while the last two clubs were relegated to the W Grupa.
