The B Grupa 2011/12 was the 63rd season of the second highest Bulgarian football league. It started on August 18, 2011 and ended on May 25, 2012. The division of the teams into the East and West squadrons was carried out by the Bulgarian Football Association based on geographical and logistical considerations before the start of the season .

10 teams played in each group. The clubs played against each other three times each season. The first two of the west and east group rose directly to the A Grupa . The two runners-up played a relegation game for promotion, the winner was promoted to A Grupa, the loser stayed in B Grupa. The last three teams were relegated directly to the third-class W Grupa.

    Since the Wichren Sandanski (seventh of the B Grupa West 2010/11) did not meet the license conditions for the B Grupa, the club will play in the W Grupa in the 2011/12 season

    During the winter break, the Chavdar Byala Slatina announced that he would end his participation in professional football due to financial and squad difficulties. This means that all games by Tschawdar Bjala Slatina are rated with a 3-0 victory for the opponent. The club will play in the third class W Grupa next season.
