The diocese of Thanh Hóa ( Latin Dioecesis de Thanh Hoa , Vietnamese Giáo Phan Thanh Hóa ) is in Vietnam Located Roman Catholic diocese based in Thanh Hóa .

Founded on May 7, 1932 as the Apostolic Vicariate , it was founded on November 24, 1960 by Pope John XXIII. raised to a diocese with the Apostolic Constitution Venerabilium Nostrorum and subordinated to the Archdiocese of Hanoi as a suffragan .
