Boulevard (band)

Boulevard was a Finnish hit band that existed from 1983 to 1994.

She supported the singer Vicky Rosti at the Concours Eurovision de la Chanson in Brussels . With the title Sata salamaa ( Eng .: a hundred lightning bolts ) the team reached 15th place. A year later, Boulevard won the Finnish preselection alone and was therefore allowed to compete in the Eurovision Song Contest in Dublin in 1988 with the hit Nauravat silmät muistetaan (German: laughing eyes are remembered ). There they had to be content with 20th place. Her only album, Nauravat silmät , was also released that year.
