There the attacker was set as a regular before he was handed over to the Anaheim Ducks on February 27, 2011 shortly before the trade deadline in a transfer deal with Sean Zimmerman in exchange for David Laliberté and Stefan Chaput , who made him part of the farm team at the Syracuse Crunch used.
On February 28, 2013, the Nashville Predators transferred him to the Calgary Flames in exchange for Joe Piskula . After two years in Calgary, he joined the Anaheim Ducks in July 2015 . They used him exclusively in the AHL with the San Diego Gulls in the 2015/16 season before the attacker left North America for the first time in September 2016 and joined the Nottingham Panthers from the British Elite Ice Hockey League . He spent the season there and won the IIHF Continental Cup with the team before announcing the end of his active career in September 2017.
