The Postal Achatzberg is an Outbound high medieval hilltop castle in flat promontory on the 480  m above sea level. NHN high "Achatiusberg", Burgstatt corridor about 600 meters south of the southern end of the Inn Bridge, east above the church of St. Achatius in Wasserburg am Inn in the Rosenheim district in Bavaria .

The castle, on the area of ​​which settlement finds from the urn fields and the Hallstatt period were found, probably dates from the 8th / 9th centuries. Century and served as a Hungarian refuge . It was later expanded again during the High Middle Ages . The remains of the surrounding ring walls have been preserved from the former castle complex .
