The Postal Aufseß is an Outbound hilltop castle at 458.5  m above sea level. NN about 750 meters southeast of the church of Aufseß in the district of Bayreuth in Bavaria .

Presumably it was a castle of the Heren von Aufseß, first mentioned in 1114 . Nothing has been preserved from the former castle complex.
