The Postal Kandlberg is an Outbound hilltop castle at 515  m above sea level. NHN on the "Kandlberg" about 1000 meters south-southeast of the center of Körzendorf , a district of the municipality of Ahorntal in the Bayreuth district in Bavaria .

On May 21, 1422, the Bishop of Bamberg approved the construction of the castle, which was abandoned during construction, possibly because of the Hussite incursions there . Only the two ends of the neck ditch have survived .
