Clifford James Wilson (* the thirtieth March 1987 in Belhaven , North Carolina ) is an American American football poker players. Most recently he played with the Chicago Bears in the National Football League (NFL) on the position of the defensive end . With the Green Bay Packers he could win the Super Bowl XLV .

college

Wilson attended East Carolina University and played for their team, the Pirates, from 2006 to 2009 in various positions in the defensive line successfully college football , where he could achieve 27 sacks .

NFL

Green Bay Packers

In the NFL Draft 2010 he was selected in the 7th round as a total of 230th by the Green Bay Packers . Already in his rookie season he was a regular player and was able to not only reach the Super Bowl with his team, where he started as a starter , but even win it.

Oakland Raiders

After four seasons with the Packers, he moved to the Oakland Raiders . His one-year contract was initially extended again, but in the 2015 season he was fired after only four games.

Detroit Lions

Just two days later, he was signed by the Detroit Lions to replace the injured Andre Fluellen .

New Orleans Saints

In June 2016, Wilson signed with the New Orleans Saints after several defenders sustained serious pre-season injuries. However, he was released before the start of the regular season .

Chicago Bears

In late September he was signed by the Chicago Bears . It was used six times in the 2016 season. Wilson was released in early September 2017.
