The Cadre 45/2 World Championship in 1904 was the second FFB World Championship, which was held until 1947 in Cadre 45/2 and from 1948 in Cadre 47/2. The tournament took place in Paris , France , in March and April .

Game results of this World Cup can no longer be determined. Only the first four places in the final ranking are secured. Probably eight players took part in this world championship. The defending champion Lucien Rérolle was not allowed to take part in this amateur world championship because he had switched to the professionals in the association.

Tournament mode

The whole tournament was played in the round robin system up to 400 points. In the event of a tie in the MPs, the following order is taken:
