Danni takes her first case to court: the 50-year-old Philippine woman Mayumi (Soogi Kang) was put in front of the door after five years as a nanny and cleaning lady for the affluent Winkler couple because of her rheumatism with a severance payment of 500 euros. Her daughter Girlie (Christie Noza) now wants to get decent compensation despite illegal work . In order to help her, Danni is forced to resort to unusual means. She finds support in her friend Bea ( Nadja Becker ) and her two Passagen neighbors Rasoul ( Elyas M'Barek ) and Nils ( Oliver Fleischer ).

The Polish prostitute Eva (Anna Burowa) is also looking for help from Danni: Her residence permit has expired unexpectedly. When a suitor approaches during a conversation in the restricted area , two police officers intervene, who also mistake Danni for a prostitute. The situation in the patrol car escalated - and in addition to a fine, Danni promptly brought a complaint for insulting an officer.
3 3 Class struggle Apr 26, 2010 Jorgo Papavassiliou Marc Terjung
The young student Mehmet ( Hüseyin Ekici ) turns to Dani for help : his teacher, Mrs. Hagen ( Charlotte Crome ), accuses the Turks who have been expelled from school of harassment and rape . Research leads Danni and Bea back to their old school, where Ms. Hagen was employed as a teacher years earlier. Her personal file, illegally obtained there, reveals that she had actually been raped by another Turkish student three years earlier and has since been deeply traumatized. When the judge does not want to admit the files in court as evidence, Danni is forced to get crucial tips by phone from Oliver Schmidt ( Jan Sosniok ), a lawyer colleague from the large law firm on the upper floor of the passage. Meanwhile, permanent mandate Ms. Sollwitz ( Renate Becker ) ensures that the coffers are full . Meanwhile, Danni is also campaigning for school bus driver Manfred Boll (Stephan Korves): The ex- alcoholic , who had been dry for years, was fired after the chairwoman of the school association Tanja Blume ( Susanne Pätzold ) , who is also active in the Alcoholics Anonymous, sees his former addiction as a danger.

Danni would like to help the young woman, but has to be confronted with unlawful allegations by Viktoria's worried parents as well as by a court expert. Ultimately, Nils, who, after dropping out of medical school , avoided contact with his father, a successful doctor, out of shame, succeeds in delivering the decisive opinion. 40 1 New men Jan. 21, 2013 Peter Gersina Marc Terjung
Overjoyed, Danni moves into her own law office in the Neumarkt-Galerie . Her first client in the new premises, the young Turkish girl Idel (Özlem Sagdic), worries about her husband Orkan ( Orhan Müstak ), who is accused by the public prosecutor of stealing a car. Danni, who wants to prove that this is a false accusation, is conducted with her research in the strip club of the Kiez size Pit ( Dirk Borchardt ), which seems to be involved in the car theft. A short time later she made the acquaintance of the new public prosecutor August von Grün ( René Steinke ), whom she was immediately taken with. Kurt meanwhile has the faxes thick after another elevator defect and demands retroactive rent reduction from the property management. However, contrary to Danni's annoyance, she reacts with an immediate termination for the shared apartment.

While Danni's new admirer Pit reacts to each of her rejection with even more luxurious gifts, in an interview with Bea she realizes that she is becoming increasingly fond of prosecutor August von Grün. Orkan, who meanwhile struggles to find his way around his new job in the locksmith, finds a babysitter for his son in Nils, who discovers a new calling for himself and swaps his junk shop for childcare. Kurt wants to publicly call for a rental boycott with Danni's help.
42 3 Do good Feb 4, 2013 Peter Gersina Marc Terjung
Danni's new client Günter Lobinger ( Peter Sattmann ) is a wealthy ex-entrepreneur who enjoys giving money away to people. Lobinger's family is therefore taking legal action against him. In the hearing, however, she learns that a tumor in Lobinger's head could have led to a change in personality and that the case is more complicated than initially thought. Pit, in turn, hopes to win Danni's affection through a convertible , but Nils ruins the back seat with a chocolate shake after a joyride. However, he has to present a certificate that requires an examination in order to be allowed to open his childcare and is once again confronted with his test anxiety. In the meantime, the electricity in Danni's apartment was turned off after Kurt upset the property management again. When the electricity started flowing again one day, however, she suspected something bad: Kurt, against her will, made common cause with Pit, who, in Kurt's sense, is increasingly putting the property management under pressure.
