Karl Kranzkowski

Karl Kranzkowski (* 1953 in Drieberg near Schwerin ) is a German actor .

Life

Karl Kranzkowski received acting training from 1976 to 1979 at the Rostock Drama School . This was followed by theater engagements on the stages in Nordhausen , Bautzen and Magdeburg . From 1989 to 1997 he was a member of the ensemble of the Deutsches Theater in Berlin . He made his first film appearance in 1989 in the DEFA film Verbotene Liebe . Since 1992 he has appeared regularly in various German television and cinema productions - especially in crime series such as Wolffs Revier , Polizeiruf 110 and Tatort , he became known to a broad German audience. Since 2009 he has had a permanent role in the crime series SOKO Stuttgart and since 2014 a permanent role in the hospital series Dr. Small , both series run on ZDF.
