Debbie Cameron

Debbie Cameron (aka Deborah Cameron , born September 14, 1958 in Miami ) is an American singer who mainly works in Denmark .

After a classical vocal training at the University of Miami , she joined her mother Etta Cameron in Copenhagen in 1977 . Debbie Cameron became active as a singer here and had her first appearance at the Eurovision Song Contest in 1979 as a background singer for Tommy Seebach with the title Disco Tango . Two years later, at the 1981 Eurovision Song Contest in Dublin , she then performed in a duet with him. The Disco Song Kroller eller ej ended up in eleventh place.

In the next decades, Debbie Cameron sang for various jazz productions and also worked as a singing teacher and choir director.
