Niels Brinck , also known as Brinck , (born September 24, 1974 in Aarhus ) is a Danish singer-songwriter .

Life

He wrote the theme song for the series Anna Pihl - Auf Streife in Copenhagen as well as the winning song for the first Danish season of the talent show The X-Factor , The one by Martin Hoberg Hedegaard .

In 2008 he released his debut album Brinck , which reached number 3 in the Danish charts.

On January 31, 2009 he successfully took part in the Dansk Melodi Grand Prix : After he was among the four best candidates in the first round of voting, he was able to prevail in the second knockout duel against Johnny Deluxe , so that he came to the superfinal. There he defeated Hera Björk and then represented his home country at the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 in Moscow with the title Believe again . There he finished 13th in the victory of the Norwegian Alexander Rybak . Ronan Keating contributed to the ESC contribution .
