Anders Frandsen (born December 8, 1960 in Copenhagen , † January 1, 2012 in Hellerup ) was a Danish singer and television presenter .

Frandsen, who previously played theater and was briefly a presenter at the private broadcaster Kanal2 , became known nationwide as the winner of the Dansk Melodi Grand Prix and was therefore allowed to compete at the Concorso Eurovisione della Canzone in Rome in 1991 . There he landed on 19th place with his ballad league of hvor hjetzt slår . He then worked as a presenter for TV3 until the end of the 1990s .

Anders Frandsen died by suicide in a carbon monoxide poisoning .
