Trine Jepsen
Trine Jepsen (born September 29, 1977 ) is a Danish singer.
Live and act
Jepsen became known through her victorious participation in the Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 1999. She sang the song Denne Gang with Michael Teschl . The victory also meant participation in the Eurovision Song Contest 1999 . There the song was performed in English under the title This Time I Mean It , making it Denmark's first contribution to the ESC to be sung in English. In the end, they finished 8th.
In 2001 Jepsen took part in the talent show Popstars and ended up becoming a member of the all-female group EyeQ , which was disbanded two years later.
After that, Jepsen took part twice in the Dansk Melodi Grand Prix: in 2006 with the song Grib Mig , which she performed with Christian Bach, and in 2009 solo with I Never Fall In Love Again .
