The Danube and Schmeiental area is a protected landscape area (LSG number 4.37.036) in the Baden-Württemberg district of Sigmaringen in Germany by ordinance of October 30, 1987 .

location

The approximately 8,000 hectares (= 100%) large reserve Danubian and Schmeiental is one natural area to the Danube Ablach plates , the Hegaualb which Baaralb and the Upper Danube Valley , the High Schwabenalb and the Middle Flächenalb .

Protection purpose
