Eisberg is an officially named part of the municipality of Oberviechtach in the Upper Palatinate district of Schwandorf in Bavaria .

Geographical location

The uninhabited place with existing buildings is located in the training area of the Panzergrenadier Battalion 122 of the Grenzlandkaserne in Oberviechtach and is called "Wüstung Eisberg".

history

As of March 23, 1913 (Easter), Eisberg was listed as part of the Oberviechtach parish with three houses and 14 residents. On December 31, 1990, Eisberg was uninhabited and belonged to the parish of Oberviechtach.
