Foundation and first participation in Turkish professional football

The association was founded in 1947 after the efforts of some city ​​notables and young people under the name Erbaa Spor Kulübü , Erbaaspor for short . After the club was founded, the club played in the local amateur leagues.

Return to professional football

In the 2015/16 season, the club finished the season of the Boelgesel Amatoer Lig , the fifth highest Turkish league and the highest Turkish amateur league, as champions. In the following relegation game, in which the promoted team was played out in the TFF 3rd Lig , the team prevailed 1-0 against Karaderespor and returned to the TFF 3rd Lig after 30 years.
