Ernst Friedrich von Krosigk (born August 21, 1821 in Merseburg , † July 14, 1890 in Lütetsburg ) was a Prussian lieutenant general .

Life

Ernst was a son of the Real Secret Council and President of the District of Merseburg Friedrich von Krosigk (1784–1871) and his wife Karoline, born von Leipziger (1796–1840). The District Administrator Kurt von Krosigk (1819-1898) was his older brother.

Military career

Krosigk visited the Berlin cadet school and was on August 8, 1839 second lieutenant of the 2nd Guards Regiment walk the Prussian Army transferred.
