Federico Bernardeschi (born February 16, 1994 in Carrara ) is an Italian football player .
Career
In the club
Bernardeschi comes from the Tuscan city of Carrara and joined the youth team at AC Florence in 2003 through small clubs . He went through this for ten years until he was accepted into the professional squad in 2013. In order to gain match practice, the striker , who was mainly used on the wing, was loaned to Serie B for FC Crotone in September 2013 . There he completed his first professional season in the 2013/14 season. In 39 games he scored twelve goals, but in the promotion play-offs he failed with Crotone at AS Bari . At the end of the season, FC Crotone acquired half of its transfer rights.
For the 2014/15 season , Fiorentina acquired the complete transfer rights to Bernardeschi, after which he returned to the squad.
For the 2017/18 season he moved to the Italian champions Juventus Turin .
In the national team
Bernardeschi has been a regular for Italy's youth national teams since 2011, and for the U-21 team since 2014 . On March 24, 2016, he was substituted on in the 60th minute of the game against European champions Spain for his first international match. At the European Football Championship in France in 2016 , he was then included in the Italian squad . Once he got a chance at the tournament. When the group victory was already certain after two games, he was included in the starting line-up in the third game against Ireland and replaced after an hour.
