Gabriel Aubry (born April 3, 1998 in Saint-Germain-en-Laye ) is a French racing driver . It starts in the GP3 series in 2018 .

Career

Aubry began his motorsport career in karting in 2011 , where he remained active until 2015. Among other things, he competed in the European karting and world championships in 2014. In 2015, Aubry made his debut in formula racing and immediately finished third in the French F4 championship. He won a race and was on the podium ten times.

In 2016, Aubry switched to Tech 1 Racing and competed in the Formula Renault 2.0 Eurocup and in the Northern European Formula Renault . He reached twelfth overall place in the Eurocup and 18th championship place in the Northern European Formula Renault. In 2017, Aubry stayed with Tech 1 Racing in both racing series. He won three races in the Eurocup and two in the Northern European Formula Renault. He reached fifth place in both driver ratings. In winter 2017/18 Aubry competed for Jackie Chan DC Racing X Jota in two races of the Asian Le Mans Series (AsLMS). He won the LMP3 classification together with Patrick Byrne and Guy Cosmo . In the overall standings, he shot the series in sixth place.

For the GP3 series 2018 , Aubry received a cockpit at Arden International .
