Vanessa Fuchs 2016, winner of season 10

The tenth season of the German casting show Germany’s Next Top Model was broadcast on the private broadcaster ProSieben from February 12, 2015 . The final originally took place on May 14, 2015, but had to be canceled due to an anonymous bomb threat. The final was then broadcast on May 28, 2015 as a recording. Vanessa Fuchs was chosen as the winner, Anuthida Ploypetch came second ahead of Ajsa Selimovic and Katharina Wandrowsky.

Overview

The broadcast of the tenth season began on February 12, 2015. In addition to Heidi Klum, the jury members were again Thomas Hayo and Wolfgang Joop .

The live broadcast of the final on May 14, 2015, which took place in the SAP Arena in Mannheim as it did in 2013 , had to be canceled at around 9:34 p.m. due to a bomb threat and the subsequent evacuation of the hall. According to ProSieben and the police, it was an anonymous call from a woman and a suspicious suitcase. The repetition of the final recorded in New York with the three remaining finalists - Katharina Wandrowsky dropped out on May 14 - was broadcast on May 28, 2015 and Vanessa Fuchs was named the winner. As the winner, Fuchs received a model contract with Günther Klum's model agency ONEeins , an Opel Adam Rocks and prize money of 100,000 euros . Anuthida Ploypetch also received a model contract with ONEeins as runner-up , which she did not renew.
