Greatest Hits is Bruce Springsteen's first compilation album , released on February 27, 1995 on Columbia Records . It's a compilation of some of Springsteen's hits and four additional songs at the end, most of them recorded with the E Street Band in 1995. Murder Incorporated and This Hard Land were originally featured on Born in the USA's 1984 album provided, but were not used at the time. Greatest Hits was very successful commercially, selling more than four million copies in the United States alone.
