history

In the 13th century the place probably consisted of 4 whole courtyards. In 1313 the place was first mentioned in a document as "Hage". Hag denotes a place that is fenced off by hedges or wooden stakes. In the Margravial Salbuch of 1434, 12 properties are specified for “Hage”: 2 goods and 2 Selden belonged to the Schwabach office and 5 goods and 3 Selden belonged to foreign owners. In the Salbuch of 1530 there were 9 properties in the village. 2 farms belonged to the Schwabach office, 1 estate to the Marienburg monastery in Eichstätt and 4 estates to the imperial city of Nuremberg . In 1623 there were 13 properties. 5 properties were subordinate to the Schwabach caste office , 1 to the Schwabach city judge's office , 6 to the imperial city of Nuremberg and 1 to the Marienburg monastery.

In the 30-year war , many residents fled to Schwabach. In 1732 there were 10 properties in Haag, according to the descriptions of Johann Georg Vetter . 5 properties belonged to the caste office in Schwabach, 4 to the imperial city of Nuremberg ( St. Katharina monastery office : 1 courtyard, empire alms: 2 courtyards, 1 Gütlein) and 1 courtyard to the Marienburg monastery.

Towards the end of the 18th century there were 13 properties and a community shepherd's house in Haag. The high court exercised the Brandenburg-Ansbach Oberamt Schwabach . The caste office Schwabach held the village and community rulership. The landlords were the principality of Ansbach (box office Schwabach: 2 whole yards, 1 half yard, 1 estate with cones, 3 empty houses ; city judges office Schwabach : 1 whole yard), the imperial city of Nuremberg (St. Katharina monastery office: 1 whole yard; state alms office: 2 whole yards, 1 Gütlein ) and the Abenberg caste office (1 Ganzhof). In 1800 there were 11 subject families in the village, 6 of which were subordinate to the Schwabach Chamber of Commerce.

In 1808, Haag was assigned to the Kammerstein tax district as part of the municipal edict. It also belonged to the rural community Kammerstein formed in 1818 .
