history

The place was probably founded in the second half of the 8th century by Bavarian settlers. It is on an old street . It was first mentioned in a document around 800 as "Miltachostiga". In the 13th century it probably consisted of 4 whole courtyards.

In the land register of the Burgraviate of Nuremberg in 1410 for the Schwabach office, only slopes on a meadow and a wooded area were recorded for "Miltach" , which yielded 24 Heller in the year. The same taxes are recorded in the Salbuch of the now margravial office of Schwabach from 1434. In 1530 taxes were added from a fishing water with an associated house. There were also five estates, all of which were subordinate to the imperial city of Nuremberg . In 1732 the place had seven properties according to the Oberamtsbeschreibung by Johann Georg Vetter . Three properties were subordinate to the caste office in Schwabach , four of the imperial city of Nuremberg ( hospital and Katharinenklosteramt two, Reiches Almosen two).

Towards the end of the 18th century, Mildach and Haubenhof formed a community. In Mildach there were 8 properties and a community pastor's house. The high court south of the Aurach was exercised by the Brandenburg-Ansbach caste and municipal bailiff's office in Windsbach , north of the Aurach by the Oberamt Schwabach . The village and township government had the box office Schwabach held. The landlords were the Brandenburg-Ansbach caste office in Schwabach (1 Gütlein, 1 Fischgut, 1 Gut with Tafernwirtschaft , 1 grinding and sawmill) and the Imperial City of Nuremberg (Landesalmosenamt: 1 Ganzhof, 1 Halbhof; Spital- und Katharinenklosteramt: 1 Ganzhof, 1 Halbhof) . From 1797 to 1808 the place was under the Justice and Chamber Office Windsbach .

In the geographical statistical-topographical lexicon of Franconia (1801) the place is described as follows: “Mildach, Mühltag, Ansbach hamlet in the Oberamte Schwabach and Windsbacher Fraisch, lies between Kammerstein and Abenberg on the Aurach River. The road from Wassermungenau to Schwabach goes through this place. The big and small tithe on the so-called Königshofe allda is a Eichstättisches Mannlehen. "

As part of the community edict, Mildach was assigned to the Barthelmesaurach tax district formed in 1808 . It also belonged to the rural community of Barthelmesaurach, founded in 1810 . On May 1, 1978 this was incorporated into Kammerstein as part of the regional reform in Bavaria .
