history

In the Bamberg land register , three mills were mentioned in 1348, which should belong to the office of Herzogenaurach with all rights, probably meaning the corner , acorn and Heinrich mill. The place was first mentioned by name in 1560.

At the end of the 18th century Heinrichsmühle consisted of one property. The high court exercised the Bamberg center office Herzogenaurach . The Bamberg caste office in Herzogenaurach was the landlord of the mill. Under the Prussian administration (1792–1806) of the Principality of Bayreuth, Heinrichsmühle was given house number 212 in the village of Herzogenaurach.

As part of the municipal edict , Heinrichsmühle was assigned to the Herzogenaurach tax district formed in 1811 . It also belonged to the municipality of Herzogenaurach, which was founded in 1818.
